Few years ago, when I was going on my Erasmus I had no idea what to expect. New school, new city and completely no information. It was then that I thought about a website that lets young people share their experiences from studying abroad. Few years later I am very happy to introduce you to erasm.us - the Erasmus helping hand, a must-be place for every student interested in foreign exchange programs.
Michał Juda, creator of erasm.us
Each year few hundred thousand European students take part in the foreign exchange program called Erasmus. All of them are looking for essential information regarding university and city where they are going to spend best months of their lives. Thanks to erasm.us they can find everything they need in one place.
Erasm.us collects opinions of students who take part in the foreign exchange programs. Currently our database holds the information about more than 1800 universities situated in 800 cities of 30 European countries. Reviews written by students at erasm.us cover all the aspects essential for studying abroad: academics, student life, expenses, accommodation and learning foreign language. Based on the reviews we create rankings of schools and cities - they are very helpful for future Erasmus students looking for perfect place to spend semester or full academic year abroad.
What's more erasm.us users have access to a detailed Erasmus FAQ , forum where they can share information with other users and classifieds which are very helpful when looking for accommodation abroad. The website is available in five languages (English, French, German, Polish, Spanish) so that every European student can make use of it.
